I’m writing this review from the buyer’s perspective, so Sherry didn’t technically work for me, but even as the buyer, my experience of working with her far exceeded my expectations. This despite the fact that my wife and I probably paid more than we might have with a different agent. But even during the bidding process, I was impressed by Sherry’s professionalism. She kept us informed about the timeline for making an offer, advised us when offers would close, and assured us of open and honest communication. This transparency was crucial for a fair sale.
After we agreed on the purchase price, Sherry remained consistently available, helpful, and kind, making the entire closing process much smoother and less stressful than it might have been otherwise. From the agreed sale to closing took less than three months, despite taking place over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Additionally, at my request, Sherry recommended various professionals to assist with all aspects of the sale, and the people she recommended were uniformly excellent, further streamlining the process.
Apart from all that, she’s a lot of fun, which made everything easier. (Look for her on Instagram – her videos are great.) In the end, my wife and I ended up with a wonderful home. And if my wife and I, or our kids, ever decide to sell this lovely home, we’ll undoubtedly use Sherry’s services again. I wholeheartedly recommend her without any reservations.
